About Me
Since watching the birth of my nephews and niece over a decade ago, I have been fascinated with pregnancy and birth. When I myself became a Mom in 2014, I knew that providing labor support was something I had to do. I'm passionate about educating women and families so that they can make informed decisions that they are confident in. Going through labor and birth is life changing, and every woman should feel empowered, supported, comfortable, and confident. My role as a birth doula is to hold that space for my clients.
I am trained and Certified as a Birth Doula through DONA International, a Certified Lactation Education Counselor, trained through the UC San Diego Lactation Program, and am currently a midwife assistant and student. I am continually growing and learning as a Birth Advocate, Educator, and a Mom.
